Activity and regulatory framework

Montclair provides advisory services in real-estate wealth strategy and support for rental investment. In this capacity, the company offers its clients patrimonial assessments, property search, deal structuring, and assistance with the related steps (financing, legal structuring, renovation monitoring, letting). Real-estate transaction activity, governed by French law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970 (the loi Hoguet) and its implementing decree no. 72-678 of 20 July 1972, is the subject of a professional licence application currently under review by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Until that licence is issued, no service falling strictly within its scope is invoiced. Patrimonial advisory, analysis, and support services not covered by the loi Hoguet are provided under the ordinary French law applicable to service contracts.
